These Terms & Conditions are between you and Dash Screens LLC ("Dash Screens", "we", "us"), located at 2829 W 167th St, Hazel Crest, IL 60429. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Dash Screens sells premium digital dashboard screens and related accessories for classic and older vehicles, including custom "Build Your Own" dashboard work quoted individually. Product images are representative; custom work is finalised with you before production.

You must not misuse our website or services. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, and interfering with the security or operation of the site (including malware, probing, or scraping).

Dash Screens LLC retains all ownership of the website, products, designs, software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased products for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our products or content without written permission.

Card payments are processed securely by Square. Dash Screens LLC is the seller of record for all orders — your statement will show a charge from Dash Screens. For any billing, cancellation, or refund question, contact us at Dashscreens.co@gmail.com.

Lay-A-Way orders require a deposit at checkout followed by monthly payments. Missed payments may incur a late fee and, after repeated missed payments, cancellation of the plan as described at checkout.

Every dashboard screen is built to order for a specific year, make, and model, and is powered up and function-tested before it ships. Custom, modified, or personalized units cannot be resold, so those sales are final once the unit has shipped.

Damage or failure caused during or after installation — including wiring errors, shorted or reversed power, pinched or cut harnesses, forced or pried brackets, cracked screens and bezels, and moisture exposure — is the customer's responsibility and is not covered. Shipping damage or a unit that does not power on must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or video and before any installation work, and will be repaired or replaced at our cost.

Standard, unused kits in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Custom-made, modified, wrapped, plated, painted, or otherwise personalized items are final sale and are not returnable or refundable. Cancellations before shipment are refunded minus the same 20% restocking fee once production has started, including cancelled Lay-A-Way plans. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer pays return shipping, except where the return is due to our error, a verified defect, or shipping damage. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Every Dash Screens giveaway offers a free method of entry by mail, which carries exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry.

Free mail-in entry: hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, the giveaway name, and your requested entry number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: Dash Screens LLC, Giveaway Entry, 2829 W 167th St, Hazel Crest, IL 60429. One entry per outer envelope, and mail-in entries are subject to the same per-person entry limit as paid entries. Requested numbers are assigned in the order received; if your number is taken, the next available number is assigned and confirmed by email. Entries must be received before the giveaway closes. Mail-in entrants are responsible for their own postage; illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or late entries are void.

Open to legal US residents 18 years or older, void where prohibited. The winning number is selected at random and published on the giveaway page, and the winner is notified by email at the address on their entry. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent is offered. Dash Screens LLC is the sponsor; full rules are on our Giveaway Rules page and control in the event of any conflict.

We work hard to keep the website and ordering available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the website or services.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Illinois, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
