Official Giveaway Rules

Each giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Dash Screens LLC, 2829 W 167th St, Hazel Crest, IL 60429 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any payment processor, social media platform, or vehicle manufacturer.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Giveaway is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

Each Giveaway begins when it is posted on dashscreens.com/giveaways and ends when all available entry numbers have been claimed or at the closing date shown on the Giveaway page, whichever comes first. Once all entry numbers are claimed, the drawing will be held within 24 hours. If a Giveaway does not fill all entry numbers by its closing date, the Sponsor may extend the period, hold the drawing with the entries received, or cancel the Giveaway and refund all paid entries in full.

(a) Purchase Entry: During the Giveaway period, visit dashscreens.com/giveaways, purchase one or more entries at the advertised admission price, and select your entry number(s) from those available. You may hold up to 10 numbers per order, subject to any per-person entry limit stated on the Giveaway page.

(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, valid email address, phone number, the Giveaway name, and your requested entry number(s) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Dash Screens LLC Giveaway Entry, 2829 W 167th St, Hazel Crest, IL 60429. Limit one (1) free entry request per stamped outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be received before the last entry number is claimed or the closing date, whichever is first. If a requested number is already taken, the Sponsor will assign the next available number. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

Paid entries are confirmed instantly upon successful payment and held until the Giveaway closes. Entry numbers are unique — once a number is confirmed, it cannot be claimed by anyone else. Entry purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or if the Giveaway is canceled, in which case all paid entries are refunded in full.

After the Giveaway closes, a winning number will be determined by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The winning number will be posted on the Giveaway page. The entrant holding the winning number will be notified by email at the address provided at entry with a congratulatory message and instructions to await prize-claim details. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification; failure to respond, or inability to deliver the prize, may result in an alternate winner being selected.

The prize for each Giveaway is described on its Giveaway page. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty except as expressly stated in writing. No cash substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any costs not expressly included in the prize description. Installation and shipping terms are stated on each Giveaway page.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud, automated entry, or violation of these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned (in which case paid entries will be refunded). Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries or emails; technical failures; or any injury or damage arising from participation or use of a prize. By accepting a prize, the winner releases the Sponsor from any liability related to the Giveaway or the prize.

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and notify winners, and is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Winning numbers are posted publicly on each Giveaway page. For a winner's name, email Dashscreens.co@gmail.com within 60 days of the drawing.

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
